Wir suchen eine/n
**Digital Growth Lead** mit Faszination für die Fertigungsindustrie und Künstliche Intelligenz, welche/r mit uns Industrie 4.0 zur Realität zu machen.

**Deine Spielwiese**:

- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung (Market Lead und CEO) die digtiale Sales-Strategie weiterentwickeln und Operationalisieren / Automatisieren
- Du generierst und identifizierst Deals im digitalen Raum mit "state of the art" Methoden und bist der Konkurrenz einen Schritt voraus
- Definiere Ziele (KPIs) für jeden digitalen Sales-Kannal und implementiere die entsprechenden Methoden zu deren Tracking mit Dashboards usw.
- Erstelle, verwalte und verbessere Online-Werbekampagnen (SEA, SEO, Social Media, Video, Landing Pages, E-Mail-Marketing, Newsletter)
- Aufbau von digitalen Sales-Channels
- Mitgestaltung und Verbesserung von unserem digitalen Sales-Prozess in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Market Lead und Product Lead
Koordination und Projektleitung mit externen Dienstleistern

**Deine Toolbox**
- Du würdest dich als Nerd im digitalen Sales-Umfeld bezeichnen
- Leidenschaft für E-Commerce und Online-Sales, Begeisterung für aktuelle Online-Trends- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit den State of the Art Tracking-, Analyse und Akqisitionstools im digitalen Marketing
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS und anderen Web
- und Programmiersprachen
- Technisches Verständnis und gute Anwenderfähigkeiten in Bezug auf CRM, CMS und Webseiten
- Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist sehr motiviert das digitale Marketing von Imnoo auf das nächste Level zu bringen
- Sehr selbständig, zuverlässig und kannst dich mit deinen Ideen gut einbringen
- Du bist ein «Duer» und passt in eine Start-Up Kultur. Extra-Meilen gehen ist für dich kein Fremdwort
