**Your field of responsibility**

Join us as a Sanctions Business Risk Manager, within the COO department in our Wealth Manage-ment division. In this exciting position and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for i) providing sanctions SME input including definition and management of new processes and tools, ii) assessing the sanctions control landscape on a continuous basis and defining and agreeing im-provements with multiple stakeholders and iii) building strong relationships across the business and 2nd line of defense to help drive the sanctions strategy of Wealth Management.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

**Your skills and experience**

To be able to succeed in this role the skills required are the following:

- A university degree or an equivalent education in banking or a related area
- 3-5+ years of financial crime experience within the financial services industry, ideally with a specific focus on business processes, tools and controls
- Good knowledge of international sanctions requirements and regulatory expectations
- Prior experience in working in both a 1LoD and 2LoD capacity ideal
- Good knowledge of financial crime related risks and typologies
- Experience with financial crime related projects and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Knowledge of the Wealth Management / Private Banking businesses, products, and front-to-back processes would be a plus
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in general and in particular financial crime compliance related requirements
- Flexibility and attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple challenging assignments
- Strong communication and partnering skills allowing you to build up strong and sustainable relationships across hierarchical levels
- An excellent command of written and spoken English is required; German is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and a good knowledge of Front tools
