As a genuine project owner, your mission is to lead strategic innovation projects and translate them into effective commercial offering.

**Your main challenges**
- Drive new industrial business cases from defined opportunities until industrialization
- Create an overall plan, including the rationale, objectives, resources, timelines and budget before getting the business case approved
- Define the business model, the right methodology and potential risks and roadblocks to set up the right paths to go around them
- Identify potential partners, build up strong partnerships and develop even more that network
- Ensure a close follow-up of the business case at a technical and commercial level while leading the project team for achieving the goals
- Conduct the commercial launch and continuously search for target markets and help creating competitive intelligence

**What we look for**

**_ Your education and experience_**
- Master degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or related field, (5 years degree)
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a Start-Up or an early stage industry with new business development
- You have experience in business engineering and a proven track record in project management
- Fluent in English. (both verbal and written)
- Fluent in German (both verbal and written) as an asset
- Able to travel up to 50% of time
