ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support internal and external customers off and onsite on failure search process to maintain Luminator Hardware in the field
- Support internal and external customers off and onsite on spare part request to maintain Luminator Hardware in the field
- Support internal and external customers who have an SLA to cover the services according SLA
- Execution of repairs in the field (Warranty and non-warranty)
- Does execute installations according customer or Project management orders
- Does support Project management and Customers during preparation/planning phase of installations
- Customer Onsite Service wherever required to get Luminator Systems running again or set them up (Installation)
- Offsite support for spare part support to find the right spare part and sell it
- Support of internal and external customer for installation and support of Luminator Hardware
- Fulfil operational part of signed Luminator SLA’s and ensure that customers are getting the contractual services within time
- Supports Project and sales in PLM and offer phase to get best result for installations, repairs and retrofits
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Exchange of electronic assemblies
- Advanced electronic measurements skills (VDE certified)
- Installation of Mechanical solutions based on documentation on custom defined outdoor places
- Basic IT skills to do basic changes on IT Systems
- Advanced experience in Failure detection in electronic systems
- Data transmission technologies (IP, RSxxx, CAN, LWL)
ABOUT YOU
- Basic education in electronics or Electromechanics (journeyman letter or higher)
- Additional English skills (Optional)
- Additional Degree in IT or Software (Optional)
- Additional education in technical writing for documentation (optional)
- Safety training of DB or other train company (Optional)
