Nous vous recherchons en tant que **Solution Manager (h/f/d)**.
En tant que **Solution Manager (h/f/d)**, vous êtes responsable du processus complet de création de solutions techniques et de la satisfaction de toutes les exigences des clients pendant toute la durée de l'offre. Les alternatives présentant des avantages techniques et financiers pour le client sont également étudiées avec l'équipe de solutions. L'activité principale est la création de solutions informatiques pour le secteur public en Suisse.
**Vos nouvelles tâches**
Votre domaine de responsabilité central est la conception et la concrétisation de solutions informatiques avec la participation de différents départements.
Les solutions doivent différencier Atos de ses concurrents, répondre aux exigences des clients de manière globale et être en accord avec la stratégie de profit. La mission se caractérise essentiellement par votre leadership autonome et technique de l'équipe Solution (Solution Manager, Solution Architect, Financial Architect, Delivery, Risk Management, Purchasing, partenaires externes). L'élaboration de la stratégie de solution avec l'équipe de la solution en cas d'offres complexes et la gestion des parties prenantes sont essentielles à cet égard. Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement exigeant, au-delà de la routine, qui peut également contenir des éléments imprévisibles et qui exige donc un degré particulier de créativité.
**Les autres activités importantes sont**:
- Soutenir et conseiller notre équipe de vente sur la solution dans des domaines tels que le développement de logiciels, l'intégration de systèmes, les solutions cloud, SAP, etc.
- Développement d'une stratégie de solution convaincante.
- Définir, concevoir et évaluer les coûts de solutions techniques sophistiquées et coordonner tous les services internes et les partenaires externes nécessaires à la solution.
- Dans le cadre de la conception de la solution, vous effectuez des analyses et des diagnostics sous votre propre responsabilité.
- Vous aimez communiquer au niveau des décideurs - internes et externes - et êtes prêt à jouer un rôle de premier plan dans ce domaine.
- Vous accompagnez la solution du contrat obtenu jusqu'à la phase de livraison.
**Votre profil**:
- Expérience professionnelle : 3 ans et plus d'expérience dans les appels d'offres publics en Suisse, en particulier dans les projets informatiques, idéalement du côté des fournisseurs.
- Disposition à se soumettre au contrôle de sécurité de l'État
- Familiarité avec les marchés publics (loi et ordonnance, processus).
- Lieu de travail : Suisse
- Formation : un diplôme universitaire dans le domaine de l'économie, des sciences naturelles, de l'ingénierie ou des qualifications équivalentes est attendu.
- Expérience dans la conception de solutions pour des deals complexes
- Créativité et volonté de mettre en œuvre ses propres idées, pensée out-of-the-box, remise en question des résultats, méthode de travail orientée vers les résultats.
- MUST : à l'écrit et à l'oral - allemand/anglais avec le français en plus ou français/anglais avec l'allemand en plus
- Nice to have : expérience dans des projets dans l'environnement informatique, par exemple SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security, Workplace, Robotics Process Automation, développement de logiciels, etc.
