This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable **Credo** **Manager Business Solutions** We are seeking a passionate Manager for our Business Solutions Team who will be an active member of the Business Operations Leadership team supporting peers and supervisors in the most efficient way, while developing strategies and sustainable processes for implementing customized business - & project management solutions. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**: - Lead the Business Solutions Team creating an open, supportive and healthy working environment, focussing on personal and professional development - Define team goals in alignment with the site - & departmental strategy and continuously improve team performance - Foster continuous improvement of business processes for the site - Prioritize business solutions requests considering strategies, available resources and set the proper priorities for the team - Work with internal stakeholders to develop, evaluate and implement action plans which maintain or improve business and project management solutions - Build strong partnerships with other departments and teams in identifying options to improve performance - Ensure activities are executed in compliance with applicable regulations as well as legal, quality & EHS requirements **Qualifications** - Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines like Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Business Economy - Min. 5 years of People Management & Project Management experience - Knowledge of applicable quality and regulatory guidelines and industry standards for developing and launching biotech products - Fluency in English; preferably German in addition - Cross-functional experience in a regulated industry is beneficial - Profound knowledge in business software solutions (such as SAP, ERP, eLIMS, SharePoint, Office with VBA) is beneficial **Our offer**: - An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities - A competitive salary, on-site sport accommodations, health/energy programs and other benefits for you and your family. - An inclusive team environment where diversity and different opinions are respected and valued, and the importance of a good work-life balance is recognized.
