Aufgaben

Du bist für die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Entwicklung von unseren bestehenden Kunden zuständig (Demos, Offerten, Beratungen, u.v.m).

Durch deine positive und offene Art überzeugst du unsere Kunden mit deinem Knowhow im Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung. Du analysierst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die IST-Situation und führst sie in unser digitales Ökosystem ein.

Du bist gern am Ort des Geschehens, organisierst deine Termine selbstständig online und in der gesamten Deutschschweiz und freust dich über gezielte Abschlüsse.

Qualifikation

Nebst deinem Verkaufsgeschick stellen wir uns folgende fachlichen Fähigkeiten vor:

- Ausgeprägter Kundenfokus. Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung ist ein Plus
- Erfahrungen in einem Proptech oder Fintech ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung/Immobilienbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Sprach und Schrift
- Erfahrung im Sales
