**Your role**
- Are you a TV show producer? Are you fascinated by the rapidly changing environment? Do you feel excited when your ideas come to life? If you answered yes to all of these then you might be the one.
- We are looking for an Studio Production Manager:
- Coordinates studio reservations, advises on best format, technical feasibility, the creation of a first production plan and the crew booking. Applicable for Studio GH, Zurich.
- Consults and defines the communication style and the show concept, the visual delivery to achieve the best viewer experience. Recommends the show’s suitable format based on the brief of the requester as well on the delivery platform, i.e. streaming, live-to-tape, broadcast, and other.
- Assists creating the show script and the show rundown.
- Defines the production plan and books and assigned the operational crew.
- Crafts the stage layout(s) including, the background, the furniture, stage props (carpet, lamps, plants, accessories) and other stage elements (if required for medium-large shows with the help of a Stage Designer) and assigns and briefs the Show Director.
- Ensures the Show Designer’s concept is executed accordingly in all aspects.
- Defines and assigns the roles of the production team in collaboration with the Technical Director.
- Directs the show with instructions/commands to the DOP (Director of Photography) and all the main production staff.
- Calls and instructs the speakers and presenters when and where to be on stage. First contact to the speakers and presenters for questions and monitors if the moderation screens are working accurately. Vision Mixer
- Mixes and outputs the camera feeds, the graphics and operates the PiP (picture and picture).
- Defines the image, the cuts, commands the camera man and camera control operators. Defines and chooses the camera framings (angle shots, angles, focus, PiP, color adjustments).

**Your expertise**
- 5+years of experience in organizing TV productions, preferably in a production company
- strong project management skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and to meet with very tight timeline
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of management to present concepts and ideas and to collaborate with partners and production house
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment, with a positive can-do attitude
- deep knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and development in the industry
- excellent written and communications skills in English and German
- ability to think fast on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced high demand environment
- flexible with the working hours
