En qualité de "2nd Level support Internal FR/TI", vous serez placé sous la responsabilité
du "Head of TER Customer service ". Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de la gestion, du suivi et de la résolution des incidents TRM du second levels support.

Atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise et du département Opération, d’une manière durable et responsable en plaçant **le client au centre du département**.

Toutes les actions entreprises doivent toujours être axé sur un ensemble d'attitudes et de comportements du collaborateur reflétant une réelle préoccupation d'assurer la satisfaction des clients de façon durable.

**TÂCHES PRINCIPALES**:

- Gestion, suivi et résolution des problèmes terminaux clients (SME et KA) dans les plus brefs délais
- Centralisation et prise en main des nouveaux problèmes (TRM, intégration et GM) rencontré au 2ème level support
- Analyse et compréhension des logs terminaux afin d’identifier les nouveaux problèmes
- Analyse des logs OPI et caisse pour les terminaux intégrer afin de comprendre la source du problème
- Analyse les différentes procédures afin de les digitaliser de manière « Customer Centric »
- Digitalisation de nos différentes procédures, de réparations et formations, existantes dans notre knowledge base

**Qualifications**:
**Compétences professionnelles**
- Formation:

- CFC d’électronicien ou formation jugée équivalente
- Expérience:

- 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire
- Langue maternelle Française
- Maîtrise de outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)

**Compétences personnelles**
- Personnalité sociable, flexible et résistante au stress
- Une orientation client, faire preuve d’empathie
- Esprit d’analyse
- Précision dans l’exécution des tâches
