**Head Host / Teamleitung Front Office: Locke am Platz, Zürich - 100% (d/w/m)**

**Die Rolle.**

Deine Gäste bezeichnen dich auch mal als ihren «local best friend»? Du bist absolut gästeorientiert und mit unglaublichen Multitasking Fähigkeiten gesegnet? Dein Team kommt immer an erster Stelle? Du bist dir bewusst, dass dies auch für deine Gäste gilt und man nicht immer alles haben kann?

Du bist die am Front Desk und arbeitest zusammen mit dem Assistant General Manager und dem Host Team täglich daran, einen Service zu bieten, der die Gäste von ihrem Aufenthalt schwärmen lässt.

Dazu hast du ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis dafür, wie man die Marke Locke in Zürich an Gäste sowie Zürcher:innen vermittelt und brillierst in der Leitung deines Teams am Front Desk.

**Was du tust.**
- Du kreierst tolle Erlebnisse, von denen unsere Gäste allen erzählen
- Du kennst dich in Zürich aus und weisst immer, was gerade läuft, teilst dein Wissen gerne mit dem Team und natürlich auch mit den Gästen
- Du antwortest und reagierst auf Gästebewertungen und -feedback, direkt vor Ort, am Telefon und auch im Internet
- Du leitest das Host-Team, coachst und ermutigst die Hosts dir nachzueifern
- Du delegierst effektiv, damit alles wie am Schnürchen läuft
- Du nimmst dich auch der kleinsten Beschwerden an, immer mit einer "can-do"- Einstellung
- Du bist (oder wirst) ein Virtuose in der Bedienung von MEWS, unserem PMS, und navigierst mit Leichtigkeit durch alle Buchungen, Zahlungen und findest immer eine Lösung

- Hingabe und Gespür für die Menschen in deinem Umfeld
- Ehrgeiz und der Mut, sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung am Front Office, vielleicht schon als Schichtleiter
- Das Selbstvertrauen schnell zu handeln, auf deine Erfahrung zu vertrauen und die richtigen Risiken einzugehen, um jedes Problem zu lösen
- Überragende Kommunikationsfähigkeite
- Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Software (einschließlich MS Office)

**Wann und wo.**
- Ab September 2023 oder nach Vereinbarung - wir eröffnen Anfang November
- Arbeitsort ist Zürich, mögliche Einsätze in anderen Standorten sind möglich
- Zur Einarbeitung besuchst du unsere Standorte in UK, Irland und Deutschland

**The role.**

Are you a hospitality nerd? A customer-focused host with unbelievable multi-tasking abilities? Do you get energy from developing a happy, motivated team?

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the management of Locke am Platz. You’ll have a strong understanding of how to maintain and enrich the Locke brand, epic people management and a natural flair for delivering service that makes clients rave about their stay (and want to come back).
