**About the role**:
The** Clinical Country & Site Lead - Medical Neurovascular (CCSL-M)** is a **regional hub or remote based role (based in the US or hybrid based in Switzerland, Baar)**, contributing to the development of and responsible for the execution of Clinician to Clinician enhanced site engagement in our clinical trials. This includes impactful, frequent and direct sponsor contact opportunities with clinical trial site PI's and potentially KMEs the field of neurovascular conditions in order to accelerate enrollment and increase patient retention.
You will also provide therapeutic area protocol expertise (including GCO protocol feasibility review) to support individual studies and programs, offering a consistently available clinician to clinician contact point for trial sites and PI's to ensure optimal investigator and site experience.
You will report to the regional CCSM TA Lead. As part of the CCSM structure, the CCSL-M will also support the global CCSM team in their routine engagements with sites as needed, and delivering protocol trainings to the CCSLs for their assigned studies. The role will also be responsible for integrating and aligning enhanced clinician to clinician site engagement strategies for Biogen's neurovascular program with any other supportive local CCSL engagement initiatives. They will also serve as a key point of escalation for CCSLs and sites for protocol related clinical/medical issues.
As you are a key part of the CCSM structure, you will also be tasked with regular engagement with CCSLs in the field to understand local site intelligence and local laws and regulations.
The CCSL-M Lead Neurovascular will also meet regularly with the aligned Clinical Development Study Medics, CRO Medical Monitors, P-CCSLs, COPLs and CTLs as needed to review and align on enhanced site engagement. Depending on their location, you may also be required to meet with members of Medical and/or other affiliate personnel to align on support for clinician to clinician enhanced site engagement.
You have prior demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance within assigned team and influence colleagues without direct line reporting while coordinating across varying cultures and geographies. You are a strong communicator, including English language skill in countries where English is not the primary language. Robust clinical operational experience including understanding of activities/challenges across geographies in assigned region and TA/DU. You demonstrated strong organizational skills, ability to set clear goals, align priorities and lead multiple teams/tasks/activities across a matrix organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Medical Degree and clinical experience in the respective TA
- Clinical trial industry experience (minimum 5 years)
- Robust Clinical Operations background. 3-5 years of clinical practice, PI, Sub-I or medical monitor experience preferred.****:

- Fluent English language skills
