Lead the global planning functions and work with all the plants. Implementation of Global Planning function for the management of the order fulfillment processes to meet sales demands and achieve financial targets. Assist management in the execution of a global Digital Transformation process for order fulfillment, material planning, inventory management and capacity planning.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Implementation of a global demand planning and sales inventory operating process to support the growth of the business and drive inventory optimization;
- Develop new business planning processes that utilize the implementation of an Industry 4.0 enterprises system including: Oracle ERP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Team Center PLM, MES and Big Data analytics;
- Establish and manage global master production schedule to provide the correct supply aligning with the operational demand plan and inventory targets;
- Develop end-to-end visibility of materials and capacity for real-time responsiveness;
- Develop common databases - move away from disparate systems to develop connected organization from siloed structured and processes;
- Working closely with the Finance to optimize the financial exposure within the supply chains;
- Develop a flexible supply chain that can react to changes in the business requirement, optimizing our growth potential;
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities to improve overall business operations.

Our requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / IT / Operations etc.
- Experience in capacity and material planning, leading teams for orders and forecasting, building models and creating planning in a global, vertically integrated supply chain;
- Experience of leading and scaling production in a hyper-growth environment, ideally with high-quality, complex products;
- Working experience in ERP deployment and support (Oracle/SAP etc) and advanced planning system (Kinaxis, SupplyOn etc.);
- Ability to lead the team to interpret data and transform it into meaningful insights
- A holistic thinker, proven senior level facilitator across operations and supply chain, and capability of effective influence leadership;
- A great communicator and confident decision maker;
- Proactive, concise and effective with communication of supply issues and risks to the impacted stakeholders and management;
- A laser-focused eye for detail and excellent analytical ability, able to extract, analyze and interpret data.
