We are looking for a lawyers' assistant to join our legal team in Geneva.

Activity rate of 80 - 100% - Entry date: as soon as possible

Your assignments and tasks will include:

- Managing clients' files (from opening new mandates to archiving);
- Typing and drafting correspondence, proofreading;
- Preparation, compilation and production of large legal documents;
- Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports;
- Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences;
- Interacting with clients, third-parties and authorities;
- Occasionally: participating in billing and collection;
and in general, all the administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the practice group.
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and have a few years of work experience as an assistant in a challenging environment;
- You are fluent in English and in French with excellent spelling in both languages (additional language is an asset);
- You are fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint);
- You are well organized, rigorous, and precise;
- You have a positive attitude and are client-oriented;
- You have a good sense of anticipation and are a team-player.
