Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

**HR Culture Coordinator (m/w)**
- Sie betreuen und begleiten unserer Mitarbeiter:innen schon beim Einzug in die Personalunterkunft und sorgen dafür, dass die Mitarbeiter:innen beim Austritt als Botschafter:in mit uns verbunden bleiben.
- Mit Ihrem ausgeprägten Gespür für die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse unserer Mitarbeiter:innen haben Sie immer ein offenes Ohr und schaffen eine Arbeitsatmosphäre, in der sich unsere Mitarbeiter wohl fühlen
- Sie erarbeiten und koordinieren sämtliche Trainings
- und Einführungsveranstaltungen von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen. Auch die Evaluierung von Schulungs
- und Weiterbildungsbedarf fällt in Ihr Resort.
- Mitarbeiterbefragungen und Report zur Geschäftsleitung. Erarbeitung und Implementieren der Verbesserungen
- Sie nutzen soziale Netzwerke, digitale Plattformen mit viel Kreativität und bauen unsere Talent-Pipeline kontinuierlich aus
- Administration on
- and offboarding (Anmeldungen, Arbeitszeugnisse,..)
- Sie erarbeiten hauptverantwortlich ein Umwelt
- und Nachhaltigkeitskonzept und sensibilisieren unsere Mitarbeiter:innen für das Thema.
- Ihnen ist unsere Ökobilanz und die Nachhaltigkeit wichtig, Sie sind Teil der Projekte Energieverbrauch, Einbindung nachhaltiger Materialien und Verwendung von regionalen Produkten.
- Herzliche Ausstrahlung und Freude am Umgang mit unserem internationalen Mitarbeiterkreis
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
- Kommunikative und dynamische Persönlichkeit mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen
- Sie kennen die Hotellerie und die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Umgang mit digitalen Medien und Social Media
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
