**Dein Arbeitsbereich
Du hast Freude an Kommunikation und trittst gerne in Kontakt mit unseren Kundinnen. Diese sind so vielfältig wie deine zukünftigen Aufgaben. Gemeinsam mit dir wollen wir unsere Kundenbetreuung verstärken und weiterentwickeln Deine Expertise sowie Ideen sind im telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakt gefragt. Es handelt sich insbesondere um folgende Aufgaben:

- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle in der First-Level-Telefonie, Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über die verschiedenen Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, Ticketing-System, soziale Netzwerke).
- Du bietest unseren Kunden exzellenten Kundenservice und unterstützt bei Fragen, Problemen und Reklamationen.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern.
- Du bist offen für Neues und packst mit an, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird.

**Unsere Erwartungen an Dich**
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Customer Service oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich mit Kundenbezug.
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst dies in **sehr gutem Schweizerdeutsch, Französisch und Englisch** zum Ausdruck bringen. Italienischkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil, da wir auch Kunden im Tessin betreuen.
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die Gabe, auch in stressigen Situationen die Geduld nicht zu verlieren.
- Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, legst grossen Wert auf Teamwork und fühlst dich wohl in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Umfeld.
- Du zeigst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und den Willen, für den gemeinsamen Erfolg die «Extrameile zu gehen».
- Du hast eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise.
