**Deine Aufgaben**
- Als Experte für Unternehmensarchitektur und ERP-Strategie unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, eine nahtlose Integration des ERP-Systems in ihre bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse zu erreichen
- Du identifizierst Geschäftsanforderungen, analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst zukunftsorientierte Lösungen, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zugeschnitten sind
- Du führst umfassende Business-Prozessanalysen durch, um die Anforderungen unserer Kunden an das ERP-System klar zu verstehen und zu dokumentieren. Schwachstellen und Potenziale zur Optimierung werden von dir erkannt und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und dem Umsetzungsteam angegangen
- Du erarbeitest detaillierte fachliche Lösungskonzepte um die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden optimal zu unterstützen
- Du unterstützt bei der funktionalen Lösungsarchitektur und damit bei der Auswahl der passenden Module und Anwendungen. Ebenso begleitest du den Implementierungsprozess
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Kundenmandate und koordinierst die beteiligten Teammitglieder. Dabei gewährleistest du den reibungslosen Fortschritt des Projekts oder Mandats, indem du die Einhaltung von Plänen und Meilensteinen sicherstellst und auftretende Probleme proaktiv löst
- Du spielst eine aktive Rolle im Pre-Sales-Prozess, indem du Lösungsdesigns, Projektansätze und Schätzungen erstellst. Deine Expertise ist auch bei der Erstellung von Angeboten von zentraler Bedeutung

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem, technischem oder informationstechnischer Ausrichtung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Unternehmensarchitektur und der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Solide ERP-Systemkenntnisse, bevorzugt von Microsoft (idealerweise D365, alternativ AX oder BC), kombiniert mit Neugierde und Bereitschaft stetig dazuzulernen
- Erfahrung aus einem guten Mix an grossen und mittleren Projekten mit namhaften Kunden in unterschiedlichen Industrien wie Grosshandel, Baubranche, Maschinenindustrie, etc.
- Selbstständigkeit mit der Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten
- Kundenorientiert, strukturiert, kommunikativ und empathisch im Umgang mit Menschen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Konzepte sowohl dem Kunden (inkl. Endbenutzer) als auch dem internen Team (inkl. Entwickler) verständlich zu vermitteln
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Problemen und zur Erarbeitung von Lösungen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, um Projekte erfolgreich zu planen, zu koordinieren und abzuschliessen
- Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
