**About the role**:
**Mission**
Within Orange Business, Global Delivery and Operations (GDO) designs, implements and operates end-to-end solutions and services across all geographies. To support our customers in their digital transformation towards cloud native, increasing flexibility, scalability, and resilience, our aim is to transform and simplify our operational delivery model.
The purpose of this role is to drive and support transformation of our Global Delivery Operations in order to optimize, coninuously improve efficiency, effectiveness and performance, and to continuously improve how we deliver to our clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze current delivery processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Implement process optimization strategies to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies in line with the company’s goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance global delivery operations.
- Develop the common framework (documentation, reporting, pipe management...) needed to ensure consistency among the 5 SVPs.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization. Effectively communicate the benefits of the changes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation projects. Continuously monitor and evaluate performance against set targets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Engage with key stakeholders, executives, and senior management to communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Sharing of best practices and ways of working
- Building robust and trusting relationships across multiple business areas and internal and external stakeholders
- Driving engagement and buy-in for proposed changes
- Implementing repeatable processes and technology solutions to support high quality outcomes
- Accompanying change through established methodologies and processes
- Provide strategic direction, coaching and development of teams involved
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or Business Administration; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Senior Transformation management experience with a track record in complex change projects in a multinational matrix structure.
- Minimum 10 years of experience of managed service delivery and the associated operational challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and speed, meet deadlines in a fast-pacing context.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; French is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects with tangible results and positive impacts on business operations.
- Strong understanding of IT and/or Telco operations, processes, and technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, frameworks, and methodologies related to transformation and project management (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
