**Description du poste**:
Gestion des contrats des ambassadeurs (prolongations et nouveaux contrats)
Recherche de nouveaux ambassadeurs
Discussion et mise en place des contrats avec les différents services concernés ainsi qu'avec les agents des ambassadeurs
Gestion et coordination des montres et autres activités relatives aux ambassadeurs
Gestion complète et coordination, en collaboration avec les services Events et Public Relations, des jours d'apparence des ambassadeurs
Suivi des paiements relatifs aux contrats
Déplacements internationaux fréquents en fonction des jours d'apparence des ambassadeurs, des événements et des shootings photos

**Profil**:
Personne autonome et flexible
Bonne gestion des priorités et bonne résistance au stress
Excellentes facultés de communication et de négociation
Orientation client, sens du contact et de la diplomatie
Grand sens de la discrétion et bon esprit d'équipe
Disponibilité les week-ends pour des événements à l'étranger

**Compétences requises**:
Diplôme universitaire (dans le domaine juridique, un atout)
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets
Très bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office

**Langues**:
Excellente maîtrise des langues française et anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
