**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Aufnahme von Anforderungen, die Analyse und Umsetzung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen zur Integration von internen und externen Systemen.
- Du überwachst die Daten
- und Prozessqualität und arbeitest eng mit Kunden und externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
- Eigenverantwortlich übernimmst du Arbeitspakete in Projekten und betreust sowie konfigurierst die Schnittstellen und Web-Services.
- Du unterstützt den 1st und 2nd Level Support im Bereich Customer Portal und Schnittstellen und sorgst für die monatliche Weiterentwicklung des Customer Portals.
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, an IT-Projekten mitzuarbeiten oder diese sogar zu leiten.
- Lieferantenmanagement der Applikationen und Systeme ist ein weiterer wichtiger Teil deiner Aufgaben.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du benötigst eine Informatik-Ausbildung oder -Weiterbildung, um ein fundiertes Wissen aufzubauen.
- Du erwirbst umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Zertifizierungen in verschiedenen Schnittstellen-Formaten wie SQL, EDIFACT, IDOC, XML, JSON, CSV, API, usw.
- Kenntnisse der Lobster Software für Datenintegration (Lobster_data) und Prozessautomatisierung (Lobster_pro) sind von Vorteil.
- Du eignest dir Wissen über moderne Ansätze und Technologien zur Applikationsintegration an, einschließlich Datenintegration, Enterprise Middleware Infrastructure, Routing, Queueing und Business Process Management.
- Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist erforderlich, und Englisch
- und/oder Französischkenntnisse könnten ebenfalls nützlich sein.
