**Talent & Organizational Development Consultant (German-speaking)**

Our client, a large pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Talent & Organizational Development Consultant for a **3-month contract (with possibility for extension) in Bern, Switzerland.**

**_ Remote work possible: 1-2 days/week in the office in Bern, remainder remote._**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Provides consulting on learning and organizational development, project management, and specialist expertise required for change management and leadership development projects
- Supports client groups with strategic learning and development consulting, leadership team development, coaching and learning evaluation
- Implements talent management tools, training, and processes including performance management, development planning, and talent and succession planning
- Consults with HR and business leaders to identify key areas of focus through needs and gaps analysis
- Identifies, designs, and facilitates implementation of strategic learning and organizational development interventions to achieve peak performance by individuals and teams
- Provides guidance to project teams

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **_Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required_**:

- Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business require
- 8-10 years' experience in progressive talent management/development and organizational development
- Certification in Insights, Situational Leadership, change management/organizational development, MBTI/DISC and/or other psychometric and development tools desired
- 10+ years' experience related to Human Resources/OD and L&D
- **Fluent German and English
