**IN EVALUATION OF INTERVENTIONS IN PSYCHOLOGY**
**Information**:
Expected start date in position : 01.08.2025 / to be agreed
Contract length : PAST: 2 years, renewable twice. At the end of the 4th year, an evaluation procedure is initiated to tenure at the rank of associate professor (Directive de la Direction 1.4 sur la prétitularisation conditionnelle « tenure track »)/ PAS: 6 years renewable

**Your responsibilities**:
In your functions, you will have to:
**Teaching (45%)**
Six hours a week of teaching throughout the year, at Bachelor’s and Master’s level. Additionally supervision of Master's dissertations and PhD theses.
**Research (45%)**
The post-holder will pursue their own research in the field of evaluating interventions in psychology, contribute to the Institute’s quantitative methodology consultation and collaborate with other members of the Institute of Psychology to support research on evaluating psychological interventions.
They will be expected to produce international-level academic research publications.
The post-holder will be an active member of the Institute of Psychology (IP) and will participate in the academic activities of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.
They will seek external funding, in particular from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
**Administrative responsibilities (10%)**
In accordance with statutory requirements and in the name of collegiality, the post-holder will take on any administrative tasks that may be assigned to them by the Institute, Faculty, University or university decision-making bodies.

**Your qualifications**:
In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills:
- PhD in psychology or equivalent qualification;
- Proven research record in the field of developing, implementing, evaluating and disseminating psychological interventions.
- Expertise in quantitative methodology and openness to pursuing research based on hybrid methods
- Expertise in collaborating with public institutions (public administrative authorities, associations, international organisations, etc.)
- Academic teaching experience
- Links with international research networks in the field
- Ability to attract external research funding
- Proficiency in French and English, orally and in writing
- Ability to teach in French within two years.
