**Administrative Assistant (50%)**

**Position purpose**:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high quality proactive support to a global team of 18 members, based mainly in Geneva. You will manage the administrative tasks and ensure high-quality and timely support in a dynamic and fast-paced multicultural environment.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Organizing team offsites
- Supporting with event management and logistics of various events
- Providing onsite support during meetings/events
- Managing calendars, finding common availabilities and coordinating among the team
- Organizing recurring meetings
- Setting-up mailbox lists, manage SharePoint accesses, creating B2B accounts
- Contributing to the internal and external portal by uploading/tagging, executing administrator’s tasks, etc.
- Admin tasks for onboarding new members in the team
- Create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Flexible, proactive and open-minded
- Collaborative and resourceful with a positive mindset
- Very good organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Digitally savy with very good knowledge of the MS Office & SAP (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt)
- Ability to adapt to new IT tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French as an assety
- Immediately available
