Carbon60 is a staffing company specialising in the aerospace, defence, government and construction sectors, as well as technical placements. Carbon60 is part of the global Impellam Group.

We have been operating in Switzerland for over 10 years to develop our aviation business.

We work closely with Jet Aviation in Basel, Geneva, Villacoublay, etc. and recruit aeronautical profiles on a daily basis. But we are also looking for talents who could get their foot in the door with their qualifications and join the VVIP aviation field.

Our recruitment teams are based in both the UK and Switzerland. In other words, our recruiters are experienced and multilingual.

We are currently hiring for our customer in Zurich for an Administrative Assistant (80%).

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the final customers on different requests and represent Jet Aviation in the best professional manner.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Draft, review and send communication on behalf of company executives
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Reception tasks - first point of contact for all visitors
- Various administrative activities in connection with aircraft insurance and the purchase of services related to flight operations such as fuel management and ground handling agreements
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including all related documentation
- Manage, coordinate and arrange senior executives travel and travel - related activities including hotel booking and transportation
- Administration of Staff mobile phones and credit cards
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and off - site
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

**Minimum requirements**:

- 5+ year's experience as management assistant, holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge in one or more areas such as Insurance, Purchasing, Fuel or Travel is a plus
- Knowledge in Business Aviation desired but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
