**The Role**:
Moderna is seeking a Life Cycle Project Manager based in either Basel or Madrid.

The Life Cycle Project Manager, as member of the LCM group, leads the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing Life Cycle Projects under his/her responsibility based on priorities coordinated with International LCM group lead. He/ She ensures global process adherence, achieving timely project implementation whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance frameworks for the projects within the scope of the assigned program(s).

**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
As part of the International LCM group, your primary responsibilities will be as follows

Lead projects that support the product lifecycle strategy implementation, working with International LCM group lead to prioritize and establish goals for individual projects

Coordinate project activities across multiple sites and countries

Ensure that program activities

operate within the policies and procedures of the organization

comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards

Work with individual project managers from other areas such as MS&T and REG to establish plans and goals for each project.

Tracks progress and provide updates on the projects, including any changes in timelines, strategy, or priorities

Owns project dashboard. Ensures completeness and accuracy of all projects managed and current status including KPI tracking and resource management.

Report to senior management on the progress of individual projects and the overall program

Owns project related communication to ensure awareness, alignment, and buy-in.

Identify and evaluate the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate action to control, mitigate, and escalate the risks

Supports Life Cycle process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
**Minimum education requirements**: BA/BS in a relevant discipline (Sciences, Engineering, Business)

5-10 years of industry experience within similar role and complexity

Superior knowledge about Supply Chain LCM processes and working knowledge/ understanding of relevant and current GxPs

Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing Science and Technology and/or Regulatory in Pharmaceutical Industry

Extensive Project Management experience

Ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently and independently

Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization and externally

Fluent (written / spoken) in English - fluency in other languages is advantageous

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
