**STORE MANAGER (H/F)**

TA CONTRIBUTION À NOTRE SUCCÈS COMMUN

Sous la responsabilité directe du Responsable de la région, tu es responsable de ton magasin et ton but est:

- Diriger et entraîner ton équipe vers le succès.
- Garantir, avec ton équipe, un service optimal à la clientèle.
- Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, de pilotage de la masse salariale et des taux d'inventaire et de démarque.
- Garantir la mise en œuvre de l'omnichannel dans ton magasin
- Assurer le respect des mesures de sécurité dans le magasin.
- Veiller à la gestion optimale des marchandises et à garantir le visuel propre de ton magasin et conforme aux consignes internes.
- Avec ton aide, ton équipe gagne de nouveaux clients et vous pérennisez les relations avec les clients existants.
- Agir comme un moteur et tu sais motiver ton équipe

CE QUI TE CARACTÉRISE
- Tu as une formation commerciale de base dans le commerce de détail
- Tu as déjà 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur de la mode jeune.
- Tu aimes travailler en étant orienté(e) vers les résultats et tu mesures ton succès aux objectifs atteints et aux chiffres clés.
- L'organisation, la planification et la communication font partie de tes points forts.
- Tu as de très bonnes connaissances en anglais, toute autre langue est un avantage.
- Tu es au fait de la mode, créative et orientée à 100% vers la vente et la clientèle.
- Dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement, tu restes toujours calme et flexible
