HR/recrutement Generalist

For our client, a leading educational establishment based in the Canton of Vaud, we are looking to strengthen their HR department with the recruitment of an:
**HR Generalist - 100%, 6 month mission.**

The role will be to assist the HR department in the smooth functioning of the administration processes and the lifecycle management ot employees, as well as more specifically providing support to the Talent Acquisition department and their recruiting processes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Format job ads and publish on different support (internal, website, LinkedIn, etc)
- Ensure personnel files are completed
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Learning & Development events
- Prepare Purchase Orders for all HR related invoices & liaise with finance to proceed for payment
- Support the wider HR Team with the employee life cycle management (on-boarding, work certificates, family allowances requests, absence management, APG requests, gift for events, correspondence, maintain accuracy of distribution lists, etc)
- Standardize and automate HR templates, tracking files and other work documents
- Suggest improvement/optimization for the HR administration and processes (folders, documentation, files, reports, etc.).

**Your Profile**:

- CFC Employée de Commerce ou equivalent, further education in HR desired
- A first experience in HR (agency welcome)
- A self starter
- Team player and strong service orientation
- Excellent IT skills
- Fluent in English & French
- Rapidly available
