- Excellent sales drive and communication skills, understanding and empathising with clients' perspectives to build a positive impression from the start
- Demonstrated track record in sales, customer service and client relationship-building
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to confidently communicate in both English and German
- Commercial understanding and streetwise pragmatism
- Willingness to learn, adapt and win
- Ability to switch between tasks throughout the day to avoid blockers
