The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Manager provides high quality and efficient support to the GFMS office and production user community.

You will lead and support a team of 5 people (ICT coordinators and production server administrators). You are supported by our service provider for outsourced servers, workplaces & network.

You are the reference contact for our partner and support them in finding accurate solutions when needed.

You make sure that the ICT strategy and guidelines given by the GF group are well implemented on the division level.

IT Service Management for outsourced ICT infrastructure (workplace, network and servers).

In-depth and hands on expertise on VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Azure and M365.

Language : Fluency in English, German or French mother tongue
