Description du poste

Même si chaque jour est différent, tes tâches en tant que Department Manager sont généralement les suivantes:

- Offrir à notre clientèle un service de qualité, grâce à des conseils de style, la connaissance de nos produits et une expérience en boutique irréprochable
- Analyser les informations de vente et collaborer avec le-a Store Manager, maximiser la performance commerciale de ton département
- Diriger une équipe de Conseiller-es de vente pour atteindre un excellent niveau de service
- Soutenir le recrutement et assurer l’intégration ainsi que la formation des nouveaux-elles collègues
- Accompagner le-a Store Manager pour identifier les futurs talents et mettre en place des plans de développement pour accompagner leur progression
- Superviser les opérations en magasin
- Représenter COS et offrir la meilleure expérience à notre clientèle. Assumer les responsabilités du ou de la Store Manager en son absence

**Qualifications**:
Pour ce rôle, une expérience antérieure du management/leadership est requise, en plus des qualités suivantes:

- Avoir au moins un an d’expérience en gestion dans un environnement de commerce de détail
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.
- Avoir la capacité à diriger, former et développer une équipe
- Être centré-e sur la clientèle
- Être motivé-e et positif-ve
- Être enclin-e à s’adapter
- Avoir un intérêt sincère pour autrui
- Être disposé-e à apprendre et curieux-se d’en savoir plus sur nos produits
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences en matière de planification et d’organisation
- Avoir de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution des problèmes
- Avoir d’excellentes pratiques commerciales et un intérêt pour la mode et le commerce de détail
- Être capable de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris tôt le matin, les fins de semaine et en soirée, si besoin
