**Your role**

- We're looking for Product Owner Mortgage Digitization to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of Mortgage Digitization in our agile crew Financing Sales & Offering
- continuous conceptual development of front-to-back digital user journeys incl. implementation together with dedicated partners from IT
- collaborate with crew internal
- and external stakeholders from both business and IT, work as translator between the areas
- deeply understand the needs of private mortgage clients, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals

**Your team**
- We’re a skilled and motivated team focused on mortgage lending. We're responsible for the entire product process chain, from active selling to the client to the analysis of price and volume developments. We develop new products in close collaboration with IT, continuing to optimize them throughout their lifecycle. We work and organize ourselves in cross-functional agile teams based on flexible methods and models.

**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience in both IT and business related roles within a financial service provider
- delivery of complex products to clients, ideally related to mortgages or lending in general
- a university or university of applied science degree, preferably with a focus on business administration or tech
