International Private Bank- Custody Manager

International Private Bank Custody team focuses on providing product and sales support to advisors on our custody capabilities that are embedded in our investment solutions. The team is in charge of the business strategy, the end-to-end client experience and the P&L associated to this offering.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Private Bank Deposits & International Private Bank Custody Solutions, you will be the point of contact for advisors and clients when it comes to position our custody capabilities with the main objective to develop our strategy, enhance existing offering and drive sales.
**Job responsibilities**
You will be a detail orientated, execution focused professional who has knowledge of the Private Bank business, with experience in the Global Custody space.
- Serve as Advisors' main point of contact
- Provide training on our custody offering, create client facing materials, monitor competitive landscape.
- Assist on client RFPs on all custody related questions and get involve directly in client discussions as an expert & for ad hoc solution design
- In charge of pricing framework
- Drive custody strategy
- Obtain feedback from existing clients and advisors and identify product development opportunities
- Assess new client requirements in conjunction with products head, anticipate impact of digital and platform modernization to scale processes
- Partner with products head to help prioritise product roadmap with technology and operations partners
- Participate in 3rd Party Vendor Oversight
- Review KPIs prepared by operations
- Attend regular review meetings with 3rd party custodian/vendors in partnership with Network and Ops oversight team
- Perform ongoing business review
- Monitor and analyze client activities, financials and overall profitability
- Report to Senior management through periodic Business Reviews updates, internal reporting and on ad-hoc basis
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Extensive experience in banking & custody in a client / advisor facing role
- Experience in project management / delivery of new products with a consulting background is a strong plus
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the security services industry and how this applies to the private banking industry
- Detailed understanding of the trade lifecycle, from settlement through safekeeping, tax relief at source and asset servicing
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive results through implementation and with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and communicate the strategic vision to all levels
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with business partners, senior stakeholders and internal clients and to act as agent of change in a dynamic environment
