**About the job**:
- Support in consulting our customers (analysis and solution design).
- Tackling demanding and technological challenges
- Specification and implementation of IT solutions in complex business environments
- Assuming responsibility for content in cross-divisional project teams
**About you**:
- Very good Master's degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
- Strong affinity with IT and interest in complex IT systems (e.g. development framework, integration platform, core system)
- Good knowledge of programming is an advantage (e.g. Java / Kotlin, SQL, Python)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry or IT is an advantage
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent language skills (min. B2 level) in German and English
- High level of teamwork and social skills
