**Position Summary**

The Nestlé Product Technology Centre Coffee (NPTC Coffee) is the leading R&D organization that discover, develop and deploy coffee and beverage products and technologies for in-home and out-of-home consumption. It consists of units in Konolfingen (CH), Marysville (USA), Orbe (CH) and Singapore and provide new products and processes to all Nestlé markets worldwide.

**A Day in the Life of an R&D Flavour Intern**
- Provide technical and scientific support for R&D projects
- Plan and conduct laboratory analyses, collaborating closely with laboratory technicians to achieve project objectives
- Utilize cutting-edge analytical techniques and perform data treatment to extract meaningful insights
- Ensure the quality of scientific data generated, leveraging them into a comprehensive database for easy accessibility
- Regularly present research findings in written and oral form to team members and supervisors

**What will make you successful**
- Currently enrolled in the first or second year of master's studies in Food chemistry, Food technology, Chemical engineering and biotechnology
- Solid knowledge of organic or food chemistry
- Familiarity with analytical techniques, particularly gas-chromatography/Mass spectrometry, is advantageous
- Strong motivation and ability to quickly learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
