To look after our customers professionally and courteously, we are looking for you
A project manager to support our team. It doesn't matter whether you have a classic technical education or come from another area, as long as you have the necessary skills and interest. In this role, you will manage and be responsible for managing customer relations primarily at airports. You act as a link between our customers and the Sales team to ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders in the project. In close cooperation with our development department, product management and sales, you will implement customer requests and take on the project acceptance and implementation of training courses at the customer's site.
For this position, you should be willing to use up to 30% of your working time to travel. The opportunity to work on various projects and to get to know the airport infrastructure across India is a great benefit of this position. This not only allows you to gain exciting experience, but also to expand your professional network and improve your intercultural skills.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Management and handling of sizeable projects at airports
- Responsible for smooth communication between all stakeholders in the project
- Project acceptance and implementation of training courses at the customer's site
- Implementation of customer requests in cooperation with the Xovis development department, product management and sales
- High willingness to travel (approx. 20-40% travel activity)

**What you bring to the table**:

- Completed technical training at the bachelor's level in business informatics or systems engineering
- Experience in the implementation of technical projects
- Good knowledge of network, server or database technologies would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- A strong interest in technical projects and the willingness to continuously develop yourself
