**About the Position Head of FP&A Finance - GM Europe**

**Key Responsibilities**
- People Leader & People Development
- Provide analytical insights that link financial reports to business strategies.
- Prepare monthly forecast, identify impacts and opportunities, and propose ideas to improve profitability.
- Perform monthly close analysis, identify variations vs forecast, look for financial proposals.
- Lead annual budget and support long-term plan development with all functional business partners. Analyze possible risks and opportunities, propose initiatives to improve results, report and communicate to regional team and upper management.
- Analyze pricing proposals, quarterly price and incentives campaign, and evaluate sales channel profitability and impact to P&L.
- Lead structural cost forecasting and month end accruals. Work closely with all functional business partners to ensure cost efficiency.
- Any other ad-hoc reporting and analysis activities
- Be a role model of GM behaviors to the team
- Be a reliable and trusted partner to subordinates and leader
- Build exemplary team culture that others strive to work in
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or similar
- 5 years’ experience in similar GM Finance roles
- Experience in large ERP’s and Hyperion (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Excellent financial analytical skills
- Strong customer focus, business acumen and product knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Stress-resistant, flexible, well balanced
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
