WHAT YOU WILL DO*
We are looking for a passionate and strategic **Social Media Manager with strong watchmaking experience **to join our team and be a part of our growth.
Based in Geneva, you will be in charge of creating and implementing impactful social media strategies for clients active in the watchmaking sectors and will advise some of the world’s most prestigious brands.

MAIN MISSIONS*
- Manage international social media projects within the watchmaking industry (e.g. from briefing to final delivery and reporting)
- Be responsible for developing social media strategies, activations and campaigns based on strong insights/proven experience, and that measure against our clients’ business objectives
- Manage your projects and coordinate activities with Creative team members and Social Media specialists
- Contribute to the planning and production of elements related to: copywriting, posting, advertising set-up, campaign management and optimization, influencer sourcing, community management, reporting, etc.
- Be responsible for the quality of the deliverables across your projects
Responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues to deliver best-in-class activities under strong processes on your projects
- Responsible for the operational excellence and quality check processes on your projects by working closely with the Head of Social Media and the Account Managers on your projects
- Responsible for the accuracy and professionalism of documents reaching the client (e.g. scope definitions, strategic presentations, campaign reports, media budget reports, etc.)
- Client relationship management at the social media project level with accountability on client satisfaction
- Work closely with our Resource Manager and Head of Client Services to ensure that all project requests are sufficiently staffed and that members working on the projects sufficiently trained
- Be responsible for monitoring and improving your projects profitability
- Be a reference point across the business for your knowledge on watchmaking
- Maintain and update a toolkit of project documentation (e.g. client on-boarding, etc.)
- Participate to internal marketing activities
- Participate to business development activities such as pitches and client presentations

THIS ROLE CAN BE YOURS IF YOU*
**_Professional Knowledge & Skills Required: _**
- +6 years of experience in social media (organic and paid)
- Minimum 2 years experience working on/with watchmaking brands
- Agency experience a strong plus
- Excellent technical knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g. social listening, community management, scheduling tools, reporting, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Asian social platforms such as WeChat/Weibo a strong plus
- Expert at scoping, optimizing and executing social media projects (e.g. requirements, goals setting, scheduling, reporting, ROI assessment, etc.)
- Experience in managing day-to-day client relationships and project management skills
- Experience of line management and leading project teams, including developing guidelines, reviewing performances, running training and workshops
- Experience client-side a plus
