- Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung und Leitung agiler Umsetzungspakte wie Sprints & Projekte in der Rolle als Product Owner zusammen mit internen & externen Partnern
- Aktive Entwicklung von Ideen für datengetriebene Produkte mit IoT und anderen Datenquellen sowie der damit sicherzustellenden einheitlichen Architektur anhand von gängigen Standards
- Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung über Projekte/Initiativen im Bereich IoT & Predictive Analytics, Koordination von Aktivitäten und Kontrolle von Projektverlauf und Zielerreichung
- Verwaltung sowie Erstellung von Product Backlogs, Epics & Stories und Priorisierung dieser zusammen mit den Business-Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung der regelmässigen Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung der bestehenden Applikationen
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von (neuen) wertgestützten Geschäftsprozessen und Vorhaben
- Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Level Bachelor oder Master) in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Produkten in einem heterogenen Umfeld
- Erfahrung als Product Owner/Manager von digitalen Produkten (Web/Mobile Solutions) sowie in agilem Management
- Erfahrung mit IoT/Industry 4.0 Applikationen und Kenntnisse im Bereich Big Data und Datenintegrationen
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz in einem komplexen System
- und Business-Umfeld sowie Erfahrung in Erfassung, Dokumentation sowie die Ableitung in Umsetzungsartefakte der Requirements
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
