- Ihre Aufgaben
- Übernehmen der Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen auf Basis von Power Automate, der Power Plattform und weiteren Automatisierungstechnologien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Teams sowie externen Partnern, um innovative Automatisierungslösungen zu implementieren und kontinuierlich zu optimieren
- Gemeinsame Identifizierung mit den Fachbereichen von Automatisierungspotenzialen und Übersetzung dieser in konkrete Lösungen und Features
- Einnehmen der Schnittstelle zwischen den technischen Teams (M365 Engineers, Power Platform Engineers) und den Anwendern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Automatisierungslösungen den Bedürfnissen unserer Nutzer entsprechen und die Geschäftsprozesse effizienter gestalten
- Steuern der Roadmap für Automatisierungsprojekte und Sicherstellung, dass neue Lösungen sowohl technisch als auch wirtschaftlich sinnvoll umgesetzt werden
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Automatisierungslösungen - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Planung und Entwicklung bis zur Implementierung und Erfolgsmessung
- Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Automatisierungslösungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Power Automate und der Power Plattform. Erfahrung mit weiteren Automatisierungslösungen ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden (z. B. SCRUM, SAFe) und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in klare Roadmaps zu übersetzen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um sowohl technische als auch nicht-technische Stakeholder zu unterstützen
- Eine analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, Automatisierungsprozesse ganzheitlich zu betrachten und erfolgreich umzusetzen
