Als Head of Departement bist du für den Auf
- und Ausbau deiner Abteilung und Bereiche wie Delivery Management, Kunden und Mitarbeiterentwicklung und vieles mehr verantwortlich. In dieser Rolle bist du der Dreh
- und Angelpunkt zwischen mimacom und den Kunden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sämtlicher Belange innerhalb der Projekte sowie in der Koordination der Teams.

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung aller operativen Aktivitäten deines Bereichs mit ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Teamleadern.
- Delivery Management: Du hast Personal
- und Projektverantwortung und stellst dabei eine Kosten-, qualitäts
- und zeitgerechte Leistungserbringung sicher.
- Kundenentwicklung: Du pflegst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen zu den Bestandskunden und du stellst durch eine dienstleistungsorientierte Betreuung zusammen mit deinem Team die Kundenentwicklung sicher.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Du übernimmst den Lead bei Offerten und koordinierst den gesamten Prozess mit allen involvierten Bereichen (Sales, Projektleitung, etc.) und förderst dabei aktiv die Zusammenarbeit und eine proaktive Kommunikation zwischen den Teams.
- Personalmanagement: Du bist verantwortlich für die Mitarbeiterführung und -planung sowie Kompetenzentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden des Departments. Dabei förderst du eigenverantwortliches Handeln und stellst die Erbringung von methodisch und technologisch exzellenten Ergebnissen sicher.

Qualifikation
- Du hast ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Leitung eines Bereichs vergleichbaren Umfangs, idealerweise in dem Bereich Lösungs
- und Dienstleistungsgeschäft
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Business Administration (Uni/FH) und eine Aus
- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik ist zudem ein Plus
- Eine hohe Kunden
- sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung mit Fokus auf den Kundenerfolg sowie Kundenentwicklung zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung oder IT-Beratung mit
- Du verstehst es, deine Mitarbeitenden individuell zu befähigen und sie zu einem High Performance Team zu entwickeln
- Konflikt
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit zählst du zu deinen Stärken
- Verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
