**Head of Health & Safety (m/w/d)**

- Health & Safety als wichtiges strategisches Thema innerhalb der Organisation verankern sowie eine überzeugende und inspirierende Vision unserer Zero-accidents Kultur vermitteln
- Als Mitglied vom Supply Chain Leadership Team rapportierst du direkt an den VP Supply Chain und wirst das das H&S Team führen und weiterentwickeln, sowie die Ziele bezüglich Sicherheit & Gesundheitsschutz festlegen und bei der Planung & Bearbeitung des betrieblichen Sicherheitskonzepts aktiv mitwirken
- Die Linienvorgesetzten verschiedener Stufen und Bereiche kompetent beraten und unterstützen in der Wahrnehmung ihrer Verantwortung bezüglich Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz im Betrieb
- Gemeinsam mit dem H&S-Team die Risiken entlang der Wertschöpfungskette erkennen, analysieren und aktiv Lösungen aufzeigen, um die stetige weitere Optimierung voranzutreiben
- Hohe Präsenz an der Front, um in Sicherheitsbegehungen und -gesprächen die Sicherheitskultur zu stärken und Sicherheitslücken zu schliessen
- Du interagierst sowohl auf lokaler wie auf internationaler Ebene innerhalb der Carlsberg Gruppe mit verschiedenen Senior Stakeholder und treibst das Health & Safety Change-Management weiter voran

**Dein Rucksack**:

- Hochschulabschluss (Uni, FH) mit technischem Hintergrund, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Ausbildung als Sicherheitsfachfrau/-mann (EKAS) oder Spezialist/in ASGS
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz in einem internationalen Umfeld und mit mehreren Standorten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungsperson sowie mit der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Schulen von Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten aller Stufen
- Gewandt im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Gesprächspartnern
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
