Your tasks
Review, rank, verify, process and document case-related information: event terms; validity, seriousness, special scenarios; timelines; accuracy and consistency. Process cases based on these assessmentsReview case criteria to determine the appropriate workflow for case processingCarry out case processing activities of adverse events/adverse drug reaction reports including writing the case narrativeQuality control of processed cases to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with process requirementsDetermine and perform appropriate case follow-up, including generation of follow-up requestsLiaise with key partners, locally, and other stakeholders regarding safety data collection and data reconciliationTrain the employees on pharmacovigilance topics and maintain the training materialWho you are
Bachelor of Pharmacy, Life Science or similar university degreeExperience in a team setting or drug safety either in the pharma industry, in a health authority or at a service provider is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English (German preferable)User skills in safety databases preferredGood knowledge in medical terminologyAbility, with supervision, to solve routine problemsIndependent, reliable team player with an accurate way of workingUser skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-
