**ERP Manager**:
- For a very nice company with great human values and located in Lausanne, we are currently looking for an ERP & Project Manager:_
**Function**
- Managing and supervising the various service providers responsible for configuring and administering the MS Dynamics 365 and M365 environment.
- Working with cross-functional teams to understand the company's needs and translate them into technical solutions within the MS Dynamics 365 and M365 platforms. Ensure their successful implementation.
- Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to key stakeholders on MS Dynamics 365 and M365 best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
- Carry out regular assessments and audits of existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and integration opportunities.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and customizations, ensuring mínimal disruption to the business.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems and coordinate with internal or external support teams.
- Developing and implementing security measures and policies to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with suppliers and internal partners to evaluate and recommend third-party integrations or add-ons that enhance system functionality.
- Manage and coordinate activities related to MS Dynamics 365 and M365 implementation, customization, and enhancement projects. Handling enhancement and support requests.
- Defining the road map for IT projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's objectives, managing projects approved by management, monitoring their progress, and keeping the various stakeholders regularly informed.
- Manage a small team of key users by providing advice, coaching, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and training sessions to communicate system updates, enhancements, project progress and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the budget for ongoing IT-related expenditure.
**Your profile**:
Master's degree or diploma in computer science, information technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an ERP manager or in a similar role. Ideally with one of the following Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 Intermediate Functional Consultant (marketing, sales or customer service), MS Azure and/or M365 certification.
You have expertise in the administration of MS Dynamics 365 and M365, as well as good project management skills.
You have both a keen technical sense and general business management skills, including decision-making skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
As ERP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and optimization of the MS Dynamics 365 and M365 platforms, as well as leading and coordinating project activities related to these systems.
