**Your role**:
As an end user services manager (M/F / d), you are managing onsite local support team for all Swiss German and Austrian sites (onsite and remote locations).You are proactively maintaining a stable and trusting relationship with customers, service providers (suppliers) and IT internal interfaces. You are a key contact for all customers and Business Partners within IT in Switzerland and Austria, handling escalations, deployment initiatives, projects etc.. You are also regularly managing and reporting project progress, identifying problems and risks, and recommending corrective measures. You coordinate and escalate any complaints and follow the corrective action with your team. Finally, you plan and manage local budget as well as hardware inventory (including stock management) within your area, control and monitor external consultants and service providers.
**Who you are**:
- Academic Degree or technical college in computer, business administration or related fields and 5+ years working experience in IT; experience in End User Services: Global Service Desk, Field Services (IMAC - Install, Move, Add and Change)
- Customer focused orientation and experienced in IT Service Management
- Able to lead providers and team members while working well under pressure
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and project management skills with ability to efficiently structure complex processes
- Excellent communicator with team working skills, problem solving competence and ability to work independently and result-oriented
- Very high level of written and spoken German as well as English skills.
The preferred location is Schaffhausen, Buchs is the second option.
