Excellence of Execution Intern

Who we’re looking for
- Currently studying for Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of project management fundamentals
- Energy & drive to execute
- Caring mentality & collaborative approach
- Consumer-centric mindset
- Fluent in English, German and French a strong advantage

You will support the Excellence of Execution team, a division of Commercial Planning, on its mission to provide our consumer-facing employees with the necessary information, skillset and knowledge to enable excellent execution. You will help the team in identifying the key capability gaps, developing the annual training curriculum, and managing the practical execution of the curriculum.

Roles & Objectives
- Support the team Manager in setting up, developing and optimizing the Capability Building Framework, aligning on the critical dimensions around service values, functional and personal competencies, and ensuring those are validated in a consistent manner
- Seek feedback on the Learning & Development solutions for further improvement
- Support the team in ensuring the feedback translates into action plan and follow through on the implementation
- Support the team manager in identifying the best approach to training content delivery (virtual vs live, third parties, in-house)
- Provide logistics support in order to have efficient trainings sessions
