**100 % **:The Institute of Regenerative Medicine (IREM) is researching the next generation of bio-inspired therapies in the field of molecular life sciences. The Institute evolves at the interface of applied research, translational medicine, and therapy development. Since 2016, the Institute has been bringing BioMed Entrepreneurship to scientists and students in life sciences. In dedicated programs, participants learn how to become successful entrepreneurs in BioTech, MedTech or Pharma. The courses are taught by UZH internal and external entrepreneurs and experts in a blended learning and workshop style.

The Institute of Regenerative Medicine is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Biomed Entrepreneurship Operations Lead. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Minor in BioMed Entrepreneurship and the BioEntrepreneurship & Innovation (BEI) program.

**Ihre Aufgaben***:Daily Course Preparation**:

- Execute daily tasks to ensure seamless preparation for course days.
- Coordinate logistics, including printing materials, name tags, signs, and setting up the meeting room.

**Programs Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the visibility of the programs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the program webpage.
- Manage and contribute to social media platforms to promote program activities.
- Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers and brochures.

**Database Management**:

- Establish and maintain comprehensive databases for various program components, including course materials, meetings, and lecturers.
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of information for efficient program coordination.
- Regularly update databases to reflect current information.

**Event Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of events related to the Minor in BioMed Entrepreneurship and the BEI program.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize workshops, seminars, and networking events.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster effective communication with students, faculties, entrepreneurs and industry partners.
- Work closely with the programs management to ensure cohesive program delivery.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, entrepreneurship).
- Previous experience in operations, event coordination, or program management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficient in database management and relevant software.
- Professional written and spoken English and German.
