The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Supply Network Planner for the Safety and Industrial Business Group you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- Responsible to plan finished goods for EMEA to achieve target service level within inventory and cost objectives
- Manage exceptions throughout the global distribution network, determining how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost, in the best interest of the supply chain as a whole
- Be accountable for service - product available at the right time and right distribution centre
- Optimize and maintain planning parameters
- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (EMEA and Global Business, Sourcing, Lean Value stream manager, IBP, Manufactory) to highlight and resolve gaps, challenges and operational performance issues
- Support new product introductions
- Driving improvement activities for supply chain

Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Relevant experiences in Supply Chain Planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- You have an excellent understanding of ERP systems (SAP APO/ECC/SNP is desired), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Additional qualifications/experience that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- APICS
- Multi - Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
