The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
As a Demand Planner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world, you will make an impact by:

- Maximizing the effectiveness of the statistical forecast by leveraging standard work, adjusting/cleansing historical demand determining appropriate aggregation for calculating the statistical forecast
- Collaborating with Local
- & European counterparts (i.e., Manufacturing / Supply Planners / IBP/Demand and Supply Managers / Portfolio Managers/Regional Business counterparts)
- Maintaining demand planning parameters in Demand Planning tool
- Optimizing statistical forecast in Demand Planning tool (SAP APO DP)
- Collecting, assessing, and translating market intelligence input into demand plans
- Supporting New Product Introductions, Area/Regional Demand Reviews and SKU & Portfolio Management
- Being responsible for what-if simulations and analysis on Demand Management, supply chain optimization, improvement initiatives and project management initiatives
- Managing complex business scenarios
- Analysing historical demand figures (Outliers errors) to derive future forecast figures based on them
- Supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy

Your Skills and Expertise:

- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent - Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, IT or similar
- Experience in planning or similar logistics role
- Knowledge of Supply chain principles and inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques and statistics
- Knowledge of demand and ERP planning tools as well as SAP experience
- Excellent Communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English -written and verbal
- APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certified (Desirable)
