**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and completeness
- Perform month-end closing tasks in accordance with IFRS, e.g., accrual posting and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Maintenance of all accounting sub-ledgers including Accounts receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset register among other.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Preparation of monthly reporting packs and support other group entities in such preparation
- Support with VAT declarations

Derivatives Trading:

- Reconcile derivative balances and with brokers P&L statements
- Reconcile derivative balances and P&L with Risk information
- Prepare reports assisting in analyzing derivatives trading activity with other business functions.

Accounts Payable:

- Posting non-trade AP invoices to SAP
- Reconciling AP accounts
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Posting of depreciation & amortization
- Reconciling trade AP accounts

Banks:

- Posting bank entries in multiple currencies
- Reconciling daily / monthly bank statements

Accounts Receivable:

- Posting or Trade and non-trade AR invoices to SAP
- Reconciling AR Accounts
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Prepare and reconcile debtors aging analysis
- Prepare and confirm ad hoc reports for debt and credit exposures.

Other:

- Implementation of systems and processes related initiative
- Prepare ad hoc reports in alignment with business and management requirements
- Posting of employee expense notes
- Posting of credit card statements.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
- A University degree or equivalent educational background (Fachausweis/FH/University)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant financial accounting experience, preferably within a trading industry
- Good accounting knowledge is required, prior knowledge of IFRS and Swiss statutory reporting requirements would be advantageous
- Very good working knowledge of Excel
- Desire to improve accounting and reporting processes
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and experience in a global environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German considered as an advantage
