As a Global Customer Quality Program Manager (M/F/d) you will coordinate global accounts on quality related services, being an important partner to the commercial organization and our customers. Your main objective will be to ensure our customer quality programs are managed and fulfilling customer expectations.

You will also manage a project portfolio to deliver Superior Customer Experience regarding customer quality communication processes and customer quality requirements. You will report directly to the Global Head of Quality & Customer Programs.

**You will**:
Coordinate one or more global accounts on quality related matters
Coordinate quality related matters with assigned global accounts
Develop network and intimacy on quality related matters with global accounts
Partner with commercial teams to maximize success with customers

Manage customer quality requirement programs
Determine feasibility to accept customer requirements based on established policies
Fact finding for decision taking on customer requests to Operations, Regulatory and Sales
Translate agreed customer specific needs into policy, process and ingredient requirements

Manage projects to support and enhance Superior Customer Experience (SCE)
Guide excellence in quality communication (statements, road shows, reports) to customers
Identify go forward programs to meet customer and industry standards
Be a quality and customer representative on cross-functional project teams

Monitor quality performance trends of global accounts
Analyze data globally for trends and provide regular updates on quality and service trends to heads of Quality, Operations and Commercial
Establish customer specific performance reporting for use in global forums to ensure attention and priority for project execution and responsiveness
Manage internal / external stakeholder expectations through agreement on required improvement actions and provide support for resolution

**You have**:
Business or Technical University degree at least bachelor level preferably in the domains of Food or Chemical Technology, Engineering or Sciences, Chemistry and alike
Related experience of 7 or more years of which at least 5 years in equivalent position
Solid experience coordinating global customer accounts
Excellent in customer-facing and communication, ability to withstand pressure
Experienced in project and change management
Excellent technical understanding, good computing skills
Experience with manufacturing technologies and product characteristics
Experience with food safety and quality systems
Business Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
