**Your mission**:

- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up with the development of digital marketing space.
- Lead the strategic and operational management of all paid digital marketing activities within the Performance Marketing area for international Digital Marketing (paid Social, Search, Display, Video).
- Strategic development of all digital channels in collaboration with Global Social Media, Global CRM and local marketing heads (IT, FR, CH, DE, AT, UK, NL).
- Management, planning and controlling of the global digital media budget as well as local digital marketing budgets.
- Planning and execution of campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Tiktok Business Manager, Pinterest Business Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display, Video).
- Further development of market/international reporting structure for digital marketing using Google GA4, Power Bi, Adverity (in close collab with CRM Manager).
- Build, manage and lead a digital marketing team and inhouse skills, resources and tasks from external agencies.
- Generate ideas across existing and emerging digital platforms, creating solutions that have a business impact for Planted.

**You**:

- Look back at 5-7 years of demonstrable working experience with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Have a University or FH degree in the field of business administration, marketing, digital marketing or, any equivalent education.
- Have a very good working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, any other tools are a plus.
- Have a strong track record in project management, managing timelines as well as budget constraints.
- Are resilient to working under pressure and against deadlines.
- Are a mission-driven, go-getter with an analytical and data-driven mindset with a hands-on mentality.
- Your way of working is structured, reliable, and independent.
- Are fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- This position sits within our global Brand & Marketing team, which is based in Switzerland. Openness to travel to different regions is a must.
